S&R Island Tours – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At S&R Island Tours, we value your time and understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to provide reliable transportation services throughout Jamaica.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or excursion time to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows or failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location and time are non-refundable.
Refunds Due to Vacation Cancellation
A full refund may be issued if your entire vacation is cancelled, provided that valid documentation is submitted.
Acceptable documentation may include:
Airline cancellation confirmation
Hotel or resort cancellation notice
Travel provider or travel insurance documentation
Documentation must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe for review and approval.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent services from being safely completed, refunds or rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution.
Changes & Rescheduling
Requests to modify pickup times or dates should be made as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
